Register employees for hire
Enter your company's employees, fill in information about their profession and skills, and mark the periods they can be hired out.

Find labor and send a request
Find labor by searching for relevant skills, and send requests to hire one or more workers.

Secure contract conclusion
Once the landlord has approved the request, a contract is generated and digitally signed by both parties. The rental relationship can then begin!

CrewShare er laget for bedrifter i bygg- og anleggsbransjen som vil samarbeide om bemanningsplanleggingen . Den kan brukes av bedrifter som ønsker å leie inn arbeidskraft, og av bedrifter somvil dele ledig kapasitet.

Ja, CrewShare er i tråd med gjeldende GDPR-regelverk. I tillegg gjelder norsk lov om inn- og utleie mellom produksjonsbedrifter. Dette innebærer blant annet at den innleide må være fast ansatt hos utleier, arbeide innenfor samme fagområde, og at utleie ikke kan overstige 50 % av de ansatte. Innleie skal også drøftes med tillitsvalgte, og i noen tilfeller avtales skriftlig. Les mer hos Arbeidstilsynet.
Nei, CrewShare er et verktøy for ressursallokering og en formidlingstjeneste som skal gjøre det lettere for bedrifter å samarbeide om ressursplanleggingen. Innleieforbudet fra bemanningsforetak i Oslo, Akershus, Buskerud, Østfold og Vestfold gjelder derfor ikke for CrewShare.
Pris på arbeidere settes selv, både i konsern og mot eksterne bedrifter. Når låneperioden velges, estimeres en totalpris for perioden i plattformen. Faktura for selve leieperioden sendes direkte mellom bedriftene utenom CrewShare, med avtalen og fakturagrunnlaget synlig i plattformen.
